In December 2020, Taizhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of intelligent demonstration workshops in Taizhou City, and Hailong Electric's intelligent workshop for machining automotive engine drivers and solenoid valve parts was successfully selected.The company is a high-tech enterprise in China that independently develops and successfully mass produces variable valve timing systems (VVT systems) for automotive engines, breaking the technological monopoly in the industry. The company's workshop is guided by the principles of automation, informatization, and intelligence, and utilizes the application of information systems and intelligent equipment to create an intelligent digital workshop, achieving a lean production mode of improving quality, increasing efficiency, reducing staff, and reducing consumption. The company currently has 13 fully automated assembly lines, including two fully automated assembly and inspection lines from TEAM TECH in Germany. The current production capacity is 7 million sets per year.
